As Mramor Kurteş Ltd. Co., we serve greenhouse investors with our own manufactured mobile plant growing bed (gutter) machines.
We currently operate four machines in three different forms. In order for the producer to achieve maximum production volume, MRAMOR SERA GUTTERs must be produced as a single piece in long lengths inside the greenhouse. To achieve this, specially painted galvanized rolls are prepared in the desired cross-section dimensions and then shipped to the greenhouse area. When it is time to pull the MRAMOR GUTTER and HANGER, the machine pulls approximately 1000 m of gutter per hour. The gutters are hung on a hanging system or laid on the ground on trestles, and once the connections are made, the seedlings are ready for planting.

Suspension System
In the suspension system, 10 mm “C” hooks are hung on the pipes located under each main scissor, and specially manufactured 4 mm thick, galvanized steel slings are hung on these hooks. Each of these ropes has a load capacity of 500 kg. There is an adjustment bolt at the end of the ropes. The parrot hook hung on the adjustment bolt is made of 8 mm galvanized iron and coated with electrostatic paint.
Upon request, a plant heating pipe and a carrier apparatus are added.
Stand System
The stands are specially designed and manufactured from 1.5 mm thick galvanized steel and are fixed every 4 mm. Stands are preferred in greenhouses where suspension is not possible. The cost benefit is negligible.
